If your blog is associated with account Email Id1 and want to move on Email Id2 then simply follow this instruction:-
How to Transfer Blogger Blog To Another Google Account
Step1: Go to Blogger dashboard → select blog → Setting → Basic → Permission section in Basic tab
Step2: In Permission Click on +Add Author
Step3: A Textbox will appear. Inside text box Write your Second Gmail Id and click on Invite Author button.
Step4: Now check Invitation email in your second Gmail id and Accept invitation
Find in Inbox there is a mail of Blogger Invitation open it and accept the invitation.
Step5: Now the time to give full permission to your second account
Select second account id and switch your permission from Author to Admin
Step6: Now your blog is accessible on Both blogger account.
If you want to fully remove from first account then select first account Gmail id and click on Remove button (Cross icon). Otherwise, you can access your blog by both accounts.
